The purpose of this site is to bring together passengers and train companies. We want to collect facts about passengers problems and pass them on to the train companies for resolution. The intention is to help improve the overall quality of services. 

As we build up more data we will present more graphs and charts on the number and types of complaints. We will also be able to monitor how the Customer Services departments of the train companies are responding to the complaints raised by passengers.
